Is Windows10 ignoring QoS settings?

I’m pretty sure one of the ‘guidelines’ for QoS is to not trust most clients anyway. I only think about it for phones, in which the phone gets trusted but any device on the built-in switch gets QoS stripped as who wants to trust a barely-controlled endpoint to properly assign QoS?

I think we need a new forum category for “Things Microsoft Should Have Done Better” - this certainly qualifies.
